Product Introduction

Night measurement can automatically switch to high-frequency mode, and both measurement and acquisition can reach the second level, accurately presenting the formation trend of minimum night traffic.

  • Built in leakage assessment algorithm model, automatically analyzes the leakage level and actively reports anomalies, solving 60% of leakage in this way.

  • Direct data transmission: Unlike traditional mechanical water meters, electromagnetic water meters can directly read memory data through RS485 or GPRS, not only for data acquisition, but also for data quality that better meets the analysis requirements of DMA.

  • Integrated pressure measurement (optional): The pressure sensor is directly installed on the sensor of the electromagnetic water meter, without the need for additional openings in the pipeline. The pressure data is directly displayed on the LCD screen of the electromagnetic water meter, and can be uploaded through RS-485 or GPRS.

  • Application of edge computing: the operation logic is embedded in the application side (i.e. the table side), and the analysis results of DMA can be directly pushed. At the same time, the cloud can also read higher quality historical data, reducing the difficulty of DMA management and improving the actual effectiveness of DMA.

  • Support for regular meter checking: Supports meter checking under regular measurement conditions.

  • Report in case of changes: Based on the low-power design of the product, electromagnetic water meter data is collected and stored every 1 minute during DMA period and every 5 minutes during other times. The stored data is packaged and uploaded to the cloud platform server every 6 hours through 4G or NB IoT network. When an alarm event occurs, the reporting logic will be immediately activated to report the alarm information to the cloud platform server, buying valuable time for troubleshooting.

  • Long term measurement accuracy: Due to the principle of electromagnetic flow measurement and the absence of movable parts, long-term measurement will not cause wear and tear. Even if the weekly inspection is not carried out according to 2 years, the measurement accuracy can be guaranteed, avoiding the negative deviation caused by wear and tear of mechanical water meters and causing water loss to the water company.

  • Anti disassembly design: The whole machine adopts a hidden screw design and is equipped with lead seals to prevent structural damage.

  • IP68 design: The entire machine meets the performance requirements of IP68, ensuring stable operation in various complex environmental conditions.
