The intelligent three-phase AC ammeter is used for on-site monitoring, display, control, and automation communication in power grids and automation control systems. 1Overview and purpose

The YK-53 digital electrical parameter testing instrument is suitable for on-site monitoring, display, control, and automation communication of power grids and automation control systems. It can sample, convert, and output standard current or voltage signals in real-time from electrical parameters such as current, voltage, single-phase or three-phase power, frequency, etc. in the power grid through the CPU, and connect them to remote data terminals. Intelligent communication products are equipped with RS-485 communication interfaces, which can directly exchange data with the control center to achieve automated management. 4、 Operating instructions

(1) Panel Description

Press the ● key to switch display content. The display content screen is divided into:

1. In working state, the upper window of the instrument displays the apparent power value S, while the middle and lower windows display the apparent electrical value.

2: The upper row displays H, and the last two rows display the total active power Wh;

3: The upper row displays VArH, and the last two rows display the total reactive power Varh;

4: The U light is on, and three windows display the three-phase voltage values;

5: The I light is on, and three windows display the three-phase current values;

6: The WH light is on, the upper row displays H-1, and the last two rows display active energy Wh1;

The upper row displays H-2, and the last two rows display active power Wh2;

The upper row displays H-3, and the last two rows display active power Wh3;

7: The VARH light is on, the upper row displays VAr1, and the rear two rows display reactive power Varh1;

The upper row displays VAr2, and the last two rows display reactive power Varh2;

The upper row displays VAr3, and the last two rows display reactive power Varh3;

8: The P light is on, the upper row displays the power factor, the middle row displays the grid frequency, and the lower row displays the instantaneous active power P.

(2) Power on self-test

⑴ Connect the power, input, output, alarm and other wiring of the instrument according to the terminal wiring diagram of the instrument.

Carefully check the wiring of the instrument, and only turn on the power after it is correct.

After connecting the power, the upper row of the instrument displays HELO and the lower row displays PASS, indicating that the instrument self-test has passed. The instrument uses a human-machine dialogue to input parameters and various prompts to indicate the data that should be input.

(3) Key function

、 R/H - Backup.

Press this key to change the displayed content.

En - Used to store new set values of parameters and select the next set parameter when setting the state

When in the set state, hold down the key for about 2 seconds to exit the set state.

▲ - Used to increase the set value when setting the state

▼ - Used to reduce the set value when setting the state

(4) Parameter setting

In the set state, the upper window of the instrument displays the parameter prompt, and the lower window displays the set value.

If the parameters remain unchanged for 12 seconds during the setting process, the instrument will automatically return to operation.

The parameter settings are as follows:

(1) Press the En key, the upper row displays - Cd -, and the middle displays 800. Use the ▲ and ▼ keys to set 800 to 808, and then press the En key to enter the parameter setting state. Entering other values is invalid, mainly to prevent non operators from accidentally modifying parameters on site.

(2) LinE: 3P4L: Choose the three-phase 4-wire connection method and algorithm, and 3P3L chooses the three-phase 3-wire connection method and algorithm.

(3) - Ur -: Voltage multiplier, Ur=primary value of voltage transformer/secondary value of transformer, set range 1-9999, Ur=1 when the transformer is not in use.

(4) Ir -: current multiplier, Ir=primary value of current transformer/secondary value of transformer, set range 1-9999, Ir=1 when the transformer is not in use.

(5) A-UF - Voltage A-phase modulation full degree correction coefficient range 0.500~2.000, corrected display value=A-UF x pre correction value) Factory value A-UF=1000.

(6) A-IF - The range of the current A-phase modulation full degree correction coefficient is 0.500 to 2.000, and the displayed value after correction is equal to A-IF multiplied by the pre correction value. The factory value A-IF is 1.000.

(7) B-UF - Voltage B-phase modulation full degree correction coefficient range 0.500~2.000, corrected display value=B-UF x pre correction value) Factory value B-UF=1000.

(8) B-IF - current B-phase modulation full degree correction coefficient range 0.500~2.000, corrected display value=B-IF x pre correction value) Factory value B-IF=1000.

(9) C-UF - Voltage C-phase modulation full degree correction coefficient range 0.500~2.000, corrected display value=C-UF x pre correction value) Factory value C-UF=1000.

(12) C-IF - The range of the current C-phase modulation full degree correction coefficient is 0.500 to 2.000, and the displayed value after correction is equal to C-IF multiplied by the pre correction value. The factory value C-IF is 1.000.

(12) Disp: Panel display selection, range 0-4, set 0 for inspection display, set 1 for voltage display, set 2 for current, power factor, power, set 3 for grid frequency, set 4 for energy accumulation.

(4) Addr - The communication address is the instrument number, ranging from 1 to 99.

(5) BAUD - baud rate for communication, ranging from 1200 to 9600.

Parameter setting is complete, display - End, and the instrument automatically enters the running state.

5、 Communication instructions

This instrument can be equipped with RS232 and RS485 interfaces for direct communication with a computer, with RS485 standard

The communication distance is 1.5km, and multiple instruments can be attached. The RS232 standard communication distance is 15m, and only one instrument can be attached. The TXD, RXD, and GND of the RS232 interface are respectively connected to the second, third, and fifth pins of the computer serial port. The data format consists of 1 start bit, 8 data bits, no checksum, and 1 stop bit.

This device adopts the standard Modbus RTU communication protocol and can be connected to almost all configuration software. It can connect to domestic configuration software such as Kingview, Power Control, Century Star, Fix, InTouch, etc., saving users the trouble of connecting software. When using configuration software, the device to be selected is a Modicon PLC, Modbus RTU address type, with integer 16 bit data, starting from 4001 using the Kingview register. Other configuration software may start from 3001.
