1. Connection form of valve body and valve cover: PN10-64 adopts bolted valve cover; PN64-320 adopts a self sealing valve cover.
2. Valve stem nut: Generally, the valve stem nut material is ASTM A439 D2, and copper alloy or other materials can be used according to user requirements. For large-diameter globe valves, installing rolling bearings can effectively reduce the opening torque of the globe valve and make it easy to open and close.
3. Valve stem design: Made using integral forging technology, with a small diameter determined according to standard requirements.
4. Valve cover gasket form: PN10-64 globe valve adopts stainless steel graphite wrapped gasket; PN100 globe valve can use stainless steel graphite wrapped gasket or metal ring gasket; PN160 globe valves can use metal ring gaskets, while PN320 globe valves use self sealing metal rings.
5. Structural characteristics of globe valve: bolted valve cover, rising stem bracket, and metal cover of lifting valve stem.
6. Upper sealing seat design: All the globe valves provided by our company have reverse sealing design. Generally, the seat design of carbon steel globe valves adopts a separated reverse sealing structure, while the reverse sealing surface of stainless steel globe valves is very reliable. Although there is a reverse seal according to the standard API600, it does not serve as a basis for replacing the packing under pressure.
7. Packing seal: Typically, molded flexible graphite is used as the packing material, and PTFE or composite packing materials can be provided according to user needs. The surface roughness of the contact between the packing and the packing box is 3.2um, which can ensure a tight and freely rotating joint between the valve stem and the packing contact surface. The precision machined valve stem sealing surface roughness of 0.8um can ensure reliable sealing of the valve stem.
8. Valve Seat: Carbon steel globe valve seats are usually made of forged steel material, and the sealing surface of the valve seat can be spray welded with hard alloy according to customer needs. For globe valves with NPS ≤ 10 ", a separate threaded screw in valve seat is used. If the user needs to weld the valve seat structure, it can also be provided; The NPS ≤ 12 "globe valve adopts a welded valve seat structure; The valve seat of stainless steel globe valve is generally made of integral or directly machined after welding hard alloy on the body. If the user has a need, the stainless steel globe valve seat can also adopt a separate threaded and welded seat structure.
