Plan Overview:
Establish a digital factory with enterprise production line processing technology as the core, integrating key technological capabilities, and combining enterprise business needs to create a digital factory that integrates data collection, data management, data application, and data analysis. Taking the problems of difficult and inaccurate production scheduling, chaotic business management, low product quality, low logistics efficiency, easy inventory backlog, and poor data analysis capabilities as the starting point, build an intelligent factory integrated control system targeting the core pain points of the enterprise, and improve the product quality, production and operation capabilities, and data analysis capabilities of the enterprise. The construction content mainly includes: industrial data collection, industrial Internet of Things platform, production management, safety and environmental management, equipment management, energy management, quality management, warehousing management, indicator management, APS advanced scheduling, data analysis (digital twin, leadership cockpit, big data analysis).
Application architecture diagram:
The cloud, edge, and end architecture based on the industrial Internet platform is adopted to create the overall architecture of the group's unified control and distributed deployment of each factory, form the mode of equipment access, industrial data platform, digital factory applications, and group management and control, establish the data collection, storage, governance, sharing, and analysis based on the industrial data platform, consolidate the enterprise data base, provide high-quality data for the upper application construction and data analysis, and realize the enterprise's intelligent production and supply chain collaboration throughout the process.
