Insulation material high electric field dielectric, loss, and leakage current testing systemThis experimental system can achieve the output and measurement of signals from low frequency to high frequency. The system sends instructions from the industrial computer, and the microcontroller controls the FPGA to send out measurement waveforms. One signal from the FPGA controls signals of different frequency amplitudes, which are amplified by a high voltage amplifier and applied to the sample. The other signal is applied to a lock-in amplifier as a reference signal. High voltage signals of different frequency amplitudes are loaded onto the sample, and the measured signals from the sample are then transmitted back to the FPGA test board. The measured data is then transmitted back to the industrial computer for data processing by the microcontroller. It uses true AC DFR (dielectric frequency response) to maintain excellent accuracy and provide reliable data, enabling reliable test results in high interference environments. This software makes testing simple and fast, as it can measure the dielectric constant and dielectric loss factor of materials at different temperatures and frequencies. This system can perform dielectric response testing under any voltage excitation and customize the output of any voltage waveform excitation according to needs, meeting the testing requirements of different insulation materials under different conditions and aspects, and better adapting to user needs.
