Overview
The video chamber observation mirror produced by Deben in the UK can be used for all scanning electron microscopes and can be installed on the empty flange or chamber door at any port of the electron microscope chamber. As a standard combination, the chamber observation mirror comes with an independent power supply device and includes lighting control and a wide-angle camera lens or zoom lens. The monitor is optional. The internal lighting adopts infrared light source, and its intensity is controlled by the front panel of the power supply. The camera flange adopts glass metal electric sealing technology, which has excellent vacuum integrity and X-ray safety level up to 40KeV. An optional 5.6-inch TFT monitor can be directly installed with the power supply unit, providing a simple and compact observation solution, thus avoiding desktop clutter. Optional USB2 video capture card for displaying images on SEM PC monitor.
