1.Industrial one in two out signal isolatorOverview
Perform high-speed measurements on electrical parameters such as current and voltage, or non electrical parameters such as temperature and resistance, and replace them with isolation devicesStandard analog signal output. It can be directly connected to pointer meters and digital displays, as well as to automatic control instruments (such as PLCs), various A/D converters, and computer systems.
This module is a thermistor input, with proportional output of 1500V isolated DC 0/4-20mA, 0/1-5V, 0/2-10V signals. The module has a surge protection circuit and is also suitable for working in harsh environments.

Multi channel signal isolation
Independent isolation channel: supports signal isolation for 2, 4, 8, or even more channels, with each channel working independently without interfering with each other, avoiding the impact of one channel failure on other channels.
Electrical isolation: Through photoelectric coupling, magnetic coupling, or capacitive coupling technology, electrical isolation between input/output is achieved, with an isolation voltage of up to 1000V~5000V (AC/DC), effectively blocking ground loop current and preventing common mode interference.
Signal type compatibility: support the isolation of analog signals (such as 4-20mA, 0-10V, 0-5V) and digital signals (such as RS485, switching value) to meet the needs of different sensors and actuators.
Signal conversion and conditioning
Range conversion: Convert the input signal proportionally to a standard output signal (such as converting 0-10V to 4-20mA), making it compatible with control systems such as PLC and DCS.
Cold end compensation: For thermocouple signals, built-in cold end temperature compensation function eliminates the influence of environmental temperature on measurement accuracy.
Linearization processing: Linearization correction is performed on nonlinear signals (such as thermistors and pressure transmitters) to improve measurement accuracy.
Anti interference and protection
Filtering function: Built in low-pass filter, suppresses high-frequency noise (such as motor start stop and frequency converter interference), and improves signal stability.
Overvoltage/Overcurrent Protection: The input/output terminals are equipped with transient voltage suppression diodes (TVS) and current limiting resistors to prevent equipment damage caused by misconnection or lightning strikes.
Anti reverse connection design: supports automatic identification of signal polarity or reverse connection alarm, avoiding signal abnormalities caused by wiring errors.
