(1) Drip proof: Using hard alloy seals of different materials ensures that different media will not leak during transportation.

Precautions for corrosion-resistant centrifugal magnetic pumps for industrial media:

(1) The ambient temperature of the corrosion-resistant magnetic pump should be below 40 ℃ during use, and the operating temperature of the motor should not exceed 75 ℃.

(2) The lubrication and cooling of the bearings of a magnetic pump rely on the medium being pumped, so it is necessary to prohibit idling and prevent no-load operation caused by restarting after a power outage during operation.

(3) If there are solid particles in the pumped medium, a filter screen needs to be installed at the inlet of the magnetic pump. If there are small particles containing ferromagnetic material, a magnetic filter device needs to be installed.

(4) When the liquid being pumped is a medium that is prone to precipitation and crystallization, it should be cleaned thoroughly after use and the accumulated liquid in the pump should be drained completely.

(5) After running for 1000 hours, the corrosion-resistant magnetic pump should be disassembled to check the wear of the bearings and end face moving rings, and replace the vulnerable parts with severe wear.
