The product refers to advanced design and manufacturing processes, and is equipped with high-strength ductile iron or stainless steel material as the pump casing, lined with full CFRTEFE material as the injection molding material. It is designed with a self circulating heat dissipation cooling structure and insulation structure to ensure the durability and efficiency of the pump.

Application areas: surface treatment, printed circuit boards LED、 Solar energy, semiconductors, chemicals, petrochemicals, and papermaking. Circulating medium: Acid alkali solution without particles or fibers, various strong acid and strong alkali chemical solutions.

Precautions for multifunctional fluorine lined circulating magnetic pump:

(1) Prohibited from air transportation: Air transportation can cause the impeller shaft to heat up, resulting in dry friction damage to the mechanical seal and causing damage to the fluoroplastic pump.

(2) Preventing static electricity damage: When transporting liquids with low conductivity, such as ultra pure water or fluorine-containing inert liquids, static electricity will be generated in the fluoroplastic pump, which can cause discharge and damage to the fluoroplastic pump. Measures such as preventing static electricity generation, diverting static electricity, or other measures should be taken.

(3) Fluoroplastic pump maintenance personnel should have professional knowledge and operating experience.

(4) The selection of materials should be based on actual working conditions, otherwise, it may lead to a decrease in the performance and service life of fluoroplastic magnetic driven centrifugal pumps, and even cause safety accidents.

(5) Ventilation requirements on site: When transporting media that are prone to volatile toxic gases, safety measures must be taken, such as installing ventilation equipment, to prevent liquid leakage in case of sudden accidents.

(6) Preventing liquid leakage: Preventive measures must be taken for liquid leakage (in case of emergencies or pipeline rupture) to prevent liquid from directly flowing into the ground.

(7) Select electromagnetic switches based on the specifications of the motor, such as rated voltage and rated power.

(8) If the fluoroplastic pump is outdoors, protective measures must be taken for the electrical circuit to prevent water from entering the switch.

(9) Electromagnetic switches and button switches should be installed safely and kept away from fluoroplastic pumps.

Regular inspection of industrial fluorine lined circulating magnetic pump

1. Regularly inspect the transmission device of the magnetic pump, such as bearings, shaft sleeves, buffers, etc. If any abnormalities occur, repair or replace them in a timely manner.

2. Regularly inspect the magnetic pump casing for any abnormal wear or welding seams, and if so, repair or replace it promptly.

3. Regularly inspect the internal fluid of the magnetic pump to ensure that the quality meets the requirements; If it does not meet the requirements, it should be replaced in a timely manner.

4. Regularly inspect the electrical system of the magnetic pump, such as contactors, controllers, and other electrical equipment. If any malfunctions occur, they should be replaced immediately.
