The customer is a spinning workshop, and due to the process, the products need to be humidified. Currently, the humidity is 60% RH, and we want to achieve 70-80% RH. The workshop is 54.6 meters north and south, 29 meters east and west, and 6.2 meters high from the ground to the bottom of the car building. There are a total of four sets of platforms, five gaps, 1.8 meters on both sides, and 3.1 meters in the middle. To understand the customer's working conditions, our business personnel actively communicate with the engineer. Based on the working condition information provided by them before, and considering various factors such as the customer's humidification humidity requirements, humidification area, space size, procurement cost, etc., we recommend using a high-pressure micro fog humidifier. Preliminary configuration includes one 2.2kW high-voltage micro fog humidifier with a frequency converter and 186 nozzles. The installation method adopts a suspended three-way double spray connection, and the nozzle uses a 0 # gemstone humidification nozzle.

High pressure micro mist humidifier is a device suitable for large areas with low cost and fast humidification speed. Its working principle is to use an imported high-pressure plunger pump to pressurize water to a certain pressure, and then transport it to a special humidification atomizing nozzle through a high-pressure pipeline, and then spray it out in the form of 5-15 micron water mist particles. Due to the small size of spray particles and the large surface area in contact with the air, it can quickly absorb heat after contact with the air to complete gasification and diffusion. 2. Energy saving humidification: A 2.2KW host with a humidification capacity of 960KG per hour can meet the humidification requirements of 1000-5000 flatbed rooms, and the nozzle installation is uniform, ensuring that every corner of the workshop meets the humidity requirements.

3. Large humidification capacity: Our main engine has various power models such as 1.1KW, 2.2KW, 4.0KW, 5.5KW, 7.5KW, etc. The maximum humidification capacity can reach over 3000 kilograms per hour, which is hundreds of times higher than the commonly used ultrasonic humidification capacity.

4. High humidification efficiency: the spray particles produced by the nozzle per second are 5-15 microns fine, in the form of smoke. The humidification work can be carried out when the spray is started, and the humidification efficiency is up to 98%. At the same time, the pipeline route is relatively free, and the nozzle has a variety of options such as single spray and double spray, so the humidification is uniform and efficient.

5. Low product failure: Due to many customers reporting water dripping from clogged nozzles, our technical department has developed reflux technology, nozzle drip arresters, precision filters, etc., which can greatly prevent nozzle clogging and water dripping.
