It is recommended to use the universal ball joint type, which can automatically adjust the connection angle during operation, thereby eliminating the lateral force during the operation of the gas spring. It is particularly suitable for situations that require high installation accuracy. If the installation space is limited, a single ear type can be used. This type of gas spring has a simple structure and requires less installation space. However, it cannot eliminate the lateral force caused by different axes during operation. Therefore, it is necessary to separately design the gas spring pin shaft to connect it. In short, regardless of the type of joint selected, it is necessary to ensure that the door (cover) opens and closes smoothly without interference or jamming after the installation of the gas spring.
