1. Working principle and purpose of the instrument
1.1 Working principle and technical description
The JE20 gear measurement center adopts the principle of electronic generation, a vertical structure layout, and utilizes the latest technologies such as high-precision shaft systems, guide rails, micrometer type inductive sensors, high-precision gratings, and numerical control systems for fully automatic measurement of gear error items. On the basis of years of producing JD series products in the company, the mechanical structure of the instrument has been further improved and optimized, adopting a new instrument appearance, upgrading the electrical and software systems, and becoming the latest generation of mature technology and high-end configuration gear measurement center products. The instrument measurement operation is simple, the measurement is efficient, the action is smooth, and it is equipped with computer error evaluation software that meets international gear error standards.
1.2 Instrument Purpose
Used for rapid detection of errors such as tooth profile, tooth direction, tooth pitch deviation, tooth pitch accumulation, radial runout, etc. in cylindrical gears.
