The design and structure of the FD series diaphragm damper are very simple, using solid wavy PTFE (Teflon) diaphragm in a 316/316L stainless steel shell as standard supply, with the option of threaded or welded flange connection. Alternative container materials include polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride (PVC), carbon steel, alloy 20, Hastelloy C, duplex stainless steel, titanium, Monel alloy, AL6XN, and PVDF (Kynar). Dual port (flow-through) configuration is available as an option.
