It is an inductive angle encoder designed using non-contact electromagnetic induction principles based on wireless energy transmission technology.
The product consists of two parts: the stator and the rotor. After the stator is powered, it wirelessly transmits energy to the rotor and induces the electromagnetic field of the rotor. The rotor does not need to be powered and receives stator energy in real time, which is applied to the coil to form a regular electromagnetic field.
The product adopts a dual channel design to achieve absolute angle output. The rotor and stator are non-contact and frictionless, and an angle calculation circuit is integrated on the rotor to achieve low power consumption and integrate multiple high-speed digital interfaces using technology.
The rotor and stator of the product are both annular thin film hollow structures, and the large hollow structure is convenient for passing through components such as shafts and cables. When in use, the stator and rotor need to be installed coaxially and parallel to facilitate energy transmission and electromagnetic field induction between the stator and rotor.
The product does not come with bearings, and there is no need for couplings during installation, with no precision installation requirements. Due to the absence of components such as ball bearings, glass encoders, and light sources, induction encoders are able to achieve high reliability angle measurement in harsh environments.
