structure
The thin induction angle encoder consists of two main components, a stator and a rotor, both of which are flat ring shaped. The large hollow structure makes it easy to pass through the shaft, slip ring, optical fiber, pipeline, and cable.
Function:
The thin induction angle encoder is powered by the stator, and the rotor is passive. The stator has a power supply circuit and an angle signal output circuit. After power on, the stator can output the true absolute angle value of the rotor relative to the stator position.

Thin induction angle encoders are highly suitable for harsh environments, such as those where potentiometers, optical or capacitive devices may prove unreliable, and can meet IP67 protection levels.
Installation:
Thin induction angle encoders are usually not affected by foreign objects and, unlike capacitive encoders, do not require the rotor or stator to be grounded. Therefore, there is no need for regular replacement or maintenance.
