The encoder comes with a housing and bearings, integrating stator, rotor, angle calculation circuit, and encoding output circuit. The encoder uses twisted pair shielded cables for output, with the output cable located at the edge of the stator side. The angle output adopts the SSI/BISS-C protocol.


It is an inductive angle encoder designed based on the non-contact electromagnetic induction principle of wireless energy transmission technology. The product consists of a stator and a rotor. After the stator is powered, it wirelessly transmits energy to the rotor and induces the electromagnetic field of the rotor; The rotor does not require power supply, it receives stator energy in real time and applies it to the coil to form a regular electromagnetic field. The encoder adopts a dual channel design to achieve absolute angle output. The rotor and stator are non-contact and frictionless, and an angle calculation circuit is integrated on the rotor to achieve low power consumption and integrate multiple high-speed digital interfaces using technology. The rotor and stator are both annular hollow structures, and the large hollow structure facilitates the passage of components such as shafts and cables. When in use, the stator and rotor need to be installed coaxially and parallel to facilitate energy transmission and electromagnetic field induction between the stator and rotor. The products are divided into bearing series and non bearing series, and no coupling is required during installation, with no precision installation requirements. Due to the absence of components such as glass encoders and light sources, induction encoders can achieve high reliability angle measurement in harsh environments. It can be widely used in medical, defense, aerospace, industrial, and robotics applications.
