A heater is a universal device that efficiently converts various types of energy into heat energy, used to increase the temperature of media (air, liquid, solid). Dimension 1: Classified by heating method/energy type (core classification)
The core principle of a resistive heater is that current passes through a resistive element (nickel chromium wire, electric heating tube, etc.) to generate Joule heat, which is then transferred through conduction and convection. It is a commonly used type of heater. Features: Simple structure, precise temperature control, fast start-up, no open flame, suitable for various scenarios, but the disadvantage is relatively high energy consumption. The core principle of electromagnetic induction heater is to use the electromagnetic induction effect to generate eddy current heating on the heated metal workpiece, which belongs to the "internal heating" mode.
