1、 Equipment Description

6、 Product accuracy

1. Range of error in extreme ear shear length:

The length tolerance is ± 0.2mm, and the burr on the pole ear cutting is ≤ 0.02mm.

2. Range of error in cutting length of polarizer:

Corresponding to the coating accuracy of ± 0.3mm, the longitudinal burrs of the pole piece cutting are ≤ 0.015mm.

3. Welding accuracy and strength

① The electrode welding is saturated and clear, with moderate depth; In the center position on the pole ear, the solder joint position cannot be broken, cannot be welded on the edge of the pole ear, and the solder joints cannot overlap.

② Tear off the pole ear by hand to test the welding strength of the pole piece.

a. The positive electrode hard ear (0.07mm) welding requires at least 2/3 of the area to be adhered with foil flesh;

b. The four spot welding of the negative hard electrode ear (0.09mm) requires at least three points to be adhered with foil flesh.

4. Precision requirements for ear wrap and welding position:

a. The positive electrode ear wrap is fully sealed and does not open. The negative electrode does not need to be coated with glue

8.1 Composition of Equipment

1) Polar unwinding and correction mechanism: 1 set

The polar material roll is fixed by a 3-inch pneumatic shaft, which is driven by a motor to actively unwind, and the polar tension is constant; The correction servo motor drives the screw pair to automatically adjust the position of the material roll, stabilizing the position of the outer edge of the pole piece.

2) Extreme ear supply and cut-off mechanism: 1 set

Ji'er whole plate feeding, active unwinding. The cylinder clamps the pole ear and sends it forward. After welding is completed, cut off the pole ear. Easy to adjust the length and position of the earbuds. When changing the width of the earbuds, a small number of corresponding accessories need to be replaced. Standard equipped with ear wrap small tape mechanism.

3) Extreme ear welding mechanism: 1 set

Equipped with a new Dongli ultrasonic welding machine. Automatic welding based on coating position, with adjustable welding time, pressure, stroke, and speed; At the same time, there is also an anti sticking mold device.

4) Polar traction mechanism: 2 sets

The servo motor drives the fixed length wheelset to pull the pole pieces, with a large angle design and equipped with pole piece pressure wheels.

5) Polar storage mechanism: 1 set

The transition wheel is fixed on a vertically arranged linear guide slider to store the polar pieces, with constant tension and less risk of belt breakage. The transition wheel reaches its limit position and automatically returns Normal production

9: Equipment configuration

1. The ultrasonic welding machine adopts Rongheng welding machine.

2. The linear guide rails, roller bearings, connecting bearings, couplings and other connecting parts used in the machine are imported products.

3. The touch screen of the machine must use HITECH display screen for easy operation.

4. The machine uses PLC products from Panasonic or Mitsubishi in Japan.

5. The machine uses servo motors for pole traction, unwinding, and correction, and the servo motors and drivers are imported from Japan. The alarm light is a product of PATLITE Corporation in Japan.

6. The pneumatic components on the machine, such as cylinders, solenoid valves, and pneumatic joints, are imported products.

7. All electrical components on the machine, such as AC contactors, air switches, switch power supplies, relays, etc., are imported products. The fiber amplifier is a product of KEYENCE Corporation in Japan, and the photoelectric switch uses a product of SUNX Corporation in Japan

Ten Acceptance criteria:

1. The product qualification rate is ≥ 98% (the proportion of qualified products once), and the equipment operation rate is over 95%. During equipment acceptance, a continuous operation of 0.5 hours is carried out in the customer's factory for 1 hour (excluding downtime caused by poor raw material size), and the number of finished products is fully inspected (continuous production). The stability of equipment operation ensures that the product qualification rate is greater than or equal to 98%. The calculation of product qualification rate should exclude the impact caused by unqualified incoming materials.

2. Qualification rate=(number of qualified products/number of produced products) × 100%.

3. Utilization rate=Number of productions/(production time x standard capacity) x 100%.
