More seriously, it may lead to heatstroke among personnel. So, how should we solve this problem? It is unlikely to install a central air conditioning system, as it consumes a significant amount of electricity and incurs high procurement costs for thousands of square meters. Therefore, industrial energy-saving air conditioning is a good choice. Below we will introduce the workshop cooling solution:

The customer is engaged in the production of new materials in a workshop with an area of 40X60 meters and a height of 10 meters. Currently, they plan to build several employee assembly lines and cooling positions. They are familiar with energy-saving air conditioning. In the same large workshop, there are two rows of positions that need to be cooled down, with 6 positions on one row and 10 positions on the other row. Every two positions are distributed between columns within an 8-meter range (i.e., one is 24 meters long and the other is 40 meters long). Based on communication and on-site conditions, it is recommended to install one 35 kW cooling capacity and one 50 kW cooling capacity energy-saving air conditioner, with a total of 64 meters of air ducts and 16 air outlets.

1. This air conditioning design scheme is for the energy-saving air conditioning position cooling system in the workshop.

2. The actual cooling area of the workshop is 2400 square meters, and the post cooling method is adopted.

3. When designing this cooling plan, the cooling effect should be considered first. Due to the special structure of the factory building, maintenance and upkeep are also crucial to ensure the normal and efficient operation of the equipment. It is important to achieve both cooling effect and convenient maintenance.

4. The energy-saving air conditioner is installed on the side wall of the house.

5. Effect statement: Without installing a cooling system, the maximum indoor temperature in summer can reach 45 ℃, making the workshop stuffy and hot. Resulting in a poor working environment in the production workshop and a decrease in worker efficiency. The reason for the high temperature and stuffiness: 1. The factory structure uses single-layer steel plates, which generate heat through sunlight exposure. 2. Poor indoor air circulation. 3. Indoor equipment generates heat sources. Based on the above situation, creating a comfortable working environment for workers can achieve the following effects by using post cooling: a 24 meter long employee assembly line is designed with one 35 kW industrial energy-saving air conditioner and six air outlets. The 40 meter long employee assembly line is equipped with one industrial energy-saving air conditioner with a cooling capacity of 50KW and 10 air outlets. The temperature of the energy-saving air conditioning outlet can be set to around 16-26 degrees, which can quickly blow cold air directly to employees and improve their working environment.

Industrial energy-saving air conditioning adopts a working mode of water cooling, air cooling, evaporative cooling combined with compressor refrigerant cooling. Its energy-saving mainly relies on water evaporation to cool the refrigerant, while traditional air conditioning uses fans for cooling. The cooling effect of energy-saving air conditioning is the same as traditional air conditioning, but the procurement and operating costs are lower than traditional air conditioning, making it more suitable for cooling in current workshop buildings.
