The connecting rod level switch usually sets one or more magnetic spring switches in a sealed non-magnetic metal or plastic tube as needed, and then fixes a hollow floating ball with a circular magnet inside at the relevant position of the magnetic spring switch in the rod diameter, so that the floating ball floats up and down within a certain range, and uses the magnet inside the floating ball to attract the closure of the magnetic spring switch

Usually, a sealed non-magnetic metal or plastic tube is equipped with one or more magnetic spring switches as needed, and a hollow floating ball with a circular magnet inside is fixed at the relevant position of the magnetic spring switch within the rod diameter, so that the floating ball can float up and down within a certain range. The magnetic iron inside the floating ball is used to attract the closure of the magnetic spring switch, generating a switch action to control the liquid level. Normally open and normally closed are the states when no liquid is injected. The connecting rod float level switch is a customized product, and the appropriate size of the float is selected based on the temperature, pressure, specific gravity, acid and alkali resistance characteristics of the measured liquid. When making a purchase, it is also necessary to determine the connection specifications (flange installation or threaded installation, etc.), the position of each action point, the action form (normally open or normally closed), and the total length.
