Connecting rod level switchIntroduction
Usually, a sealed non-magnetic metal or plastic tube is equipped with one or more magnetic spring switches as needed, and a hollow floating ball with a circular magnet inside is fixed at the relevant position of the magnetic spring switch within the rod diameter, so that the floating ball can float up and down within a certain range. The magnetic iron inside the floating ball is used to attract the closure of the magnetic spring switch, generating a switch action to control the liquid level. Normally open and normally closed are the states when no liquid is injected. The connecting rod float level switch is a customized product, and the appropriate size of the float is selected based on the temperature, pressure, specific gravity, acid and alkali resistance characteristics of the measured liquid. When making a purchase, it is also necessary to determine the connection specifications (flange installation or threaded installation, etc.), the position of each action point, the action form (normally open or normally closed), and the total length.

The contact material of the magnetic spring switch is rhodium (covered with rhodium oxide on the surface), and the contact life can reach 2 million times.
The special treatment of the magnetic spring switch allows it to function normally at high temperatures of 200 ℃.
It can achieve multi-point control, and the position of each control point can be customized according to customer needs.
All the outgoing lines of the switches are centralized in the junction box, making construction simple and convenient, and reducing wiring costs.
The protection level of the junction box is IP65 or above, and intrinsically safe explosion-proof and explosion-proof junction boxes can be configured as needed.
The overall performance is reliable. There are materials available for selection, such as SUS304, SUS316L, PP, PVDF, PTFE, etc.
The length can be customized freely (Lmax ≤ 5m)
