1: Product Features and Applications

This product has low capacitance and low inductance, excellent shielding and anti-interference performance. The special high-temperature computer cable is made of imported fluoroplastics and fluororubber materials, and can be used for a long time in an environment of -40-260 ℃. The product has the characteristics of non flammable, acid, alkali and oil-water resistance. The cable structure is specially designed for intrinsically safe explosion-proof circuits, not only for bridge laying, but also for cable trench laying and direct burial laying. The special high-temperature intrinsically safe computer cable obtained the national certificate in 2000. Suitable for use as transmission lines in distributed systems and automated detection systems with explosion-proof protection requirements and other harsh environments, the explosion-proof safety is significantly higher than that of general DCS cables and computer control cables.

1. Rated AC voltage: U0/U 300/500kV

2. Maximum working temperature: Polyethylene insulation not exceeding 70 ℃

Cross linked polyethylene insulation at 90 ℃

Low smoke halogen-free flame-retardant polyolefin at 70 ℃

Low smoke halogen-free flame-retardant cross-linked polyolefin at 90 ℃ and 125 ℃

Perfluoroethylene propylene (F46) insulation not exceeding 200 ℃

Imported soluble polytetrafluoroethylene (PFA) not exceeding 260 ℃

3. Lowest ambient temperature: PVC sheath: fixed installation -40 ℃, non fixed installation -15 ℃

Fluoroplastic and silicone rubber sheath: fixed installation -60 ℃, non fixed installation -25 ℃.

4. The temperature for cable installation and laying should not be lower than 0 ℃ (high temperature type should not be lower than -25 ℃).

5. Allowable bending radius for cables: The minimum allowable bending radius for non armored cables is 6 times the outer diameter of the cable

Copper tape shielded or steel tape armored cables with a minimum diameter of 12 times the outer diameter of the cable
