The CWB magnetic driven vortex pump adopts a magnetic transmission structure based on the original universal vortex pump, ensuring absolute sealing of the medium during use, and achieving leak free transportation of corrosive, flammable, explosive, toxic and other chemical media. The main performance characteristics of magnetic pumps are:

1. High head, low flow rate, with a specific speed generally less than 40;
2. Simple structure, small size, and light weight;
3. Equipped with a self-lubricating circuit to improve the service life of sliding bearings;
4. Add a cooling circuit to the CWB magnetic vortex pump to promptly remove the heat generated by the magnetic vortex;
5. Adopting cantilever blades to reduce radial forces on the impeller;
6. If the viscosity of the conveying medium increases with the CWB magnetic vortex pump, the efficiency of the pump decreases sharply, so the viscosity of the medium should not exceed 5 × 10-6 M3/S. The CWB magnetic vortex pump is particularly suitable for transporting corrosive media with low flow and high head.
