Boiler furnace high-temperature wear-resistant thermocouple

A special thermocouple is designed for high-temperature and wear-resistant working conditions such as circulating fluidized beds and boiler furnaces. The sleeve material is a specially customized high-temperature, wear-resistant, and corrosion-resistant cobalt chromium tungsten alloy. The room temperature Rockwell hardness HRC is about 20 when the HRC is ≥ 55900 ℃. The Co Cr alloy solid solution with a cubic face center structure has excellent high-temperature strength, and the armor element is in close contact with the sleeve to improve response time. It can also be used as a secondary sealing structure to ensure product safety.
