1. It is necessary to hold the wiring diagram and encoder manual of the elevator control system encoder, and connect them correctly.

2. During installation, the encoder should be handled gently to avoid collisions. It is strictly prohibited to hit the encoder with a hammer or other object during installation. If there is an error between the shaft diameter of the elevator traction machine and the inner diameter of the encoder during installation, the traction machine shaft can be polished or the encoder sleeve can be lightly sanded with sandpaper.

3. If the connection between the encoder body and the encoder is made using a threaded plug, the encoder port must be aligned with its connection port to avoid damaging the needle port during insertion.

4. It is best to separate the encoder wiring from the power line to prevent interference.

5. The main body of the encoder should be elastically connected to the traction machine shaft.

6. The installation of the encoder and the shaft of the traction machine must maintain good concentricity.
