1. This series is a high-performance instrument with dual input and cascade control function;

2. AI-889 series with 0.1 level measurement accuracy; AI-869 series with 0.15 level measurement accuracy;

3. Compared with AI-888, AI-889 has dual hardware (the main and auxiliary input specifications can be defined separately, but require the same type of sensor, that is, both thermocouples or thermal resistances), and eliminates the external input and valve signal feedback input lines of 5V input specifications. Dual input can be used as the main control and auxiliary control inputs to form a cascade control loop internally, achieving complex cascade regulation functions. It is suitable for situations with large lag or disturbances that require suppression of overshoot and precise control;

4. It can automatically analyze the temperature difference between the main control and the auxiliary control and correct the cascade control algorithm, making the previous complex cascade control debugging process as convenient as ordinary single loop PID control;

5. If cascade regulation is not used, dual input can also form a dual thermocouple hot backup, which automatically switches to the backup thermocouple as input when the main thermocouple is open circuit; Or choose the high or low value of dual input as the main control input, to achieve the function of relay between two different types of input specifications as the main input for instrument control; It is also possible to force the use of secondary inputs as control inputs.

In addition to the classic AT self-tuning function, it has advanced and fast self-tuning function of AAT, which can analyze the heating curve and calculate PID parameters when the equipment is powered on and heated up, without the need for back and forth oscillation like traditional AT, greatly saving equipment debugging time;

The input can freely select thermocouples, thermistors, voltage, current, and can expand the input and customize non-linear correction tables. Some input types have measurement accuracy up to 0.05 level.

High precision low-temperature drift measurement technology, using a 22/24BIT high-resolution A/D converter customized by Yudian, and equipped with 50Hz/60Hz interference suppression function.

The power supply adopts a globally recognized switch mode power supply with a range of 100-240VAC, providing comprehensive power protection function.
