AI-86X8 series universal multi circuit temperature controllerIntroduction
It is an 8-circuit regulator with multiple functions and the ability to externally expand multiple input and output modules. By adding external expansion modules, AI-8x88 can achieve up to 96 measurement and control functions, meeting the needs of various emerging industries for small volume and multi loop control. In the extended mode, the upper computer only needs to communicate with one instrument to control up to 96 measurement and control circuits, which can greatly improve communication efficiency compared to the mode that requires accessing multiple address instruments. Its commonly used parameters allow unlimited number of writes from the upper computer, and the internal memory of the instrument will not be damaged due to frequent writes from the upper computer. The parameter write restriction function only allows modification of specific or all instrument parameters when Loc is set to a specific value, which can reduce the occurrence of communication software writing errors leading to abnormal instrument operation.

1. Multi loop intelligent temperature controller, compatible with multiple PT100 and PT1000 input specifications, with a measurement accuracy of 0.15 level;
2. Use one 24 bit high-performance AD converter for sampling every 4 channels, with a minimum sampling speed and control cycle of 0.5 seconds;
3. Optional NPN, PNP, and SSR driver outputs or linear voltage/current outputs, and optional 2-channel alarm outputs;
4. Single machine supports Modbus communication protocol, and if combined, it can also support communication methods such as TCP, EtherCAT, and DeviceNET.
