He pointed out that multiple exhibitions will be held at the same time this year, and there will be many cross operation areas on site. All parties must strictly obey the unified dispatch and command. In terms of drawing review, it is strictly prohibited to "manage the first review". All construction must be carried out according to the drawings, and key links such as ultra-high exhibition booths, truss lifting, and special equipment operations must be verified on site. Special operation personnel must hold valid certificates before taking up their posts. Last year, more than 200 people were investigated and dealt with without certificates/certificates. This year, regular qualification inspections will continue to be carried out. For high-risk operations such as truss lifting and second floor booth construction, it is necessary to ensure that the materials and connectors meet safety standards. A warning line should be set up below the work area and safety personnel should be equipped. The operators should wear safety ropes throughout the entire process. In terms of fire safety, building materials, lighting fixtures, and carpets must meet the B1 level fire protection requirements. Electrical conduits must use sleeves, fire exits must not be covered without authorization, and manhole covers must not be opened without authorization. Both domestic and international transportation of goods, as well as import customs clearance services, can be arranged through delegation. The ground load-bearing capacity of Hall 8.2 is relatively low, and the exhibits must be evenly arranged. It is recommended that freight vehicles enter in advance to avoid traffic crossing. In addition, during the construction and dismantling period, materials shall not be stacked in the passage, and a warning area shall be set up in the lifting operation area. Operators must have corresponding qualifications.
