Robot solutions

Tailored intelligent dual arm collaboration solution
The Delta AI robot control software platform is at the core, highly integrating the connection between AI and the execution layer, solving the pain points of high difficulty in software and hardware integration and high construction costs when importing AI robots into the manufacturing industry. Users can customize various configurations such as multi arm robots to convert different AI input information into various carriers for execution, achieving flexible and multi tasking embodied intelligent applications. Robots can learn tasks, analyze processes, execute and modify on their own through multiple data types such as language and images, making them suitable for applications such as AI server assembly that require a small amount of diversity and a one-stop multitasking sequence.
Collaborative robot picking and placing scheme
Delta collaborative robots integrate electric gripper RS-GP and manually drag the robot arm to record the path without complex programming, reducing the import threshold and improving operational flexibility. Suitable for various applications such as machine tool loading and unloading, metal processing, polishing and grinding, painting, AMR warehousing and logistics.
Imitation of human arms display
With high integration and lightweight, it combines high torque output, exquisite size, and motion accuracy. A single joint module integrates motors, drivers, encoders, torque sensors, and functional safety, coupled with patented built-in torque sensing technology, to measure external forces and contact torque in real time, improving motion control accuracy, human-machine interaction safety, and collision protection capabilities. Develop lightweight joint modules for multi degree of freedom applications such as shoulders, elbows, and wrists, combining high torque output, compact size, and hollow shaft design to meet the flexible operation needs of humanoid dual arms.
Intelligent Manufacturing Solutions

AI strengthens the digital twin of the entire production line
Taking PCB spray coating adhesive as an example on site, Delta's virtual machine development platform DIATwin uses AI to automatically generate the optimal path and convert it into machine formula in real time. The high fidelity simulation of adhesive quantity and diffusion trajectory can be verified in the virtual stage, shortening the production preparation cycle. It has been successfully imported into the AI server power supply production line of Delta's national factory. In addition, Delta has introduced defect image generation technology, successfully accelerating the AOI model development process and significantly reducing the preparation time for new and unknown product defect models from three months to two weeks.
Industry Solutions
AI human-machine collaboration solution
For advanced electronic assembly such as AI servers and automotive electronics, Delta's AI visual process detection solution uses AI to analyze the assembly actions of manual stations in real time, correct errors in real time, and reduce heavy industry costs. At the same time, collecting data from manual stations helps digitize the management of the entire line. The intelligent press press Fit uses AI to generate crimping curves with only a small amount of samples, and real-time alerts for abnormalities through micro force detection to improve crimping yield. The Line Manager, a comprehensive line management solution, connects manual stations and equipment data to cross analyze and accurately locate production line bottlenecks, thereby improving overall production capacity and efficiency.
Warehouse Logistics - Functional Safety, Smart Wi Fi 7, and Mobile Device Charging Solution
The new functional safety module of Delta's advanced IoT controller AX-5 adopts the Safety over EtherCAT (FSoE) solution and supports distributed functional safety protection layout. It can enhance specific section safety and improve system reliability for large factory areas such as warehousing and logistics, food packaging, and woodworking. At the same time, intelligent wireless solutions will be exhibited, actively switching Wi Fi APs through location aware AI to ensure stable online connection of mobile devices such as unmanned guided vehicles (AGVs), autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), and high-altitude walking unmanned guided vehicles (OHTs) during operation without interruption.
For the charging of industrial electric vehicles dedicated to logistics fields, Delta mainly promotes the MOOV series charging system. Multiple models can provide wireless (MOOVair) and contact (MOOVbase) charging, all of which have a maximum energy efficiency of 95% and a power output of 1-30kW. They are suitable for various unmanned guided vehicles (AGVs), autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), stackers, factory transport trucks and other vehicles. Currently, they have successfully charged more than 1 million industrial vehicles worldwide.
Industrial power solutions
Delta showcased its newly launched DIN Pro and DIN Eco series rail type power supplies this year, featuring a lightweight design with a narrowest width of only 30mm, significantly saving control cabinet space. The dual series supports extremely low temperature operation at -40 ° C and complies with the SEMI F47 semiconductor equipment tolerance specification. It is suitable for applications in high-end equipment, energy facilities, and other fields, and can operate stably in harsh environments such as extreme temperatures and pollution.
The flat panel power supply simultaneously displays PMS, PMR, IMA series and enclosed IMA Chimeleon series, providing uninterrupted power guarantee for core production line equipment. Among them, the latest IMA Chimeleon series has an energy conversion efficiency of up to 95% and an IP65 high dust and water resistance rating, which is not afraid of outdoor changes and humid climates. In addition to advanced equipment, it is also suitable for high standard industrial fields such as process industry and logistics transportation.
