Introduction to vacuum jet exhaust system:
The vacuum jet exhaust device is used in closed systems such as heating or cooling. It creates a vacuum state in the vacuum tank and uses atomized jet to remove dissolved and free gases from the system. Through continuous circulation, the gas in the system pipeline can be discharged, solving problems such as gas blockage, gas noise, and affecting the thermal economy of the system caused by gas.

Fully automatic control, multiple exhaust modes for on-site adjustment based on actual conditions;

Free gas removal, dissolved gas removal;

Suitable for various industries such as power industry, petrochemical industry, steel metallurgy, papermaking, textile industry, food production, industry, shipbuilding industry, automobile industry, and civil heating (refrigeration).
Installation requirements for vacuum jet exhaust system:
·Please place the device in a well ventilated and dry place.
·The device is connected to a 380V/50-60Hz power supply.
·Water entering and exiting the deaerator can cause slight fluctuations in system pressure.
Installation and fixation of vacuum jet exhaust device:
·It is recommended to install the equipment at the lowest temperature point of the system (only for heating systems), which is beneficial for the removal of dissolved gases.
·When installing the vacuum degassing machine, pay attention to keeping the control panel facing outward for easy operation.
·The equipment should be installed according to local construction operation standards.
·In principle, vacuum degassing machines can be installed in parallel at most positions in the system. It is recommended to connect the equipment in parallel to the main return water pipe of the system, which is beneficial for the removal of dissolved gases.
Installation and working principle diagram of vacuum jet exhaust device:
1. The openings at points A and B of the deaerator are located on the main return water pipe; Point A: Degassing outlet; Point B: Connect to the system UI point;
2. The distance between points A and B is greater than 700mm.

Electrical operation instructions for vacuum jet exhaust system:
Control requirements:
1. On the panel, there are: power indicator, pump fault indicator, no water indicator, pump operation indicator, valve indicator, manual (stop) automatic, and off (pump) on/off.
2. Manual requirement: When the "manual (stop) automatic" is set to manual mode, various manual operations can be performed, and automatic operation has no effect on manual operation.
3. Automatic requirement: "Manual (stop) automatic" should be set to automatic mode for automatic operation. Control the operation of the degassing pump based on the low liquid level switch. When the liquid level is low, the degassing pump does not work and the electric valve opens to add water to the degassing tank for degassing; When the liquid level is reached, the electric valve is closed. After a period of degassing, the degassing pump starts working and stops at the low level, thus repeating the cycle. The degassing time can be set according to the delay relay.
