The high-precision pressure detection unit and oil quality analysis unit consist of the following main parameters:

1. Data collection unit

Number of channels: ≥ 100 channels; Collection range: ± 5V, ± 10V, ± 15V, ± 24V; channel conversion time: 10ms; accuracy: not less than level 0.5.

2. High precision excitation unit

Number of channels: ≥ 100 channels; Output parameters: (0-10V) VDC ± 10mV, (0-50V) VAC (50HZ-5000HZ, accuracy of 1%, continuously adjustable); Accuracy: not less than level 0.5.

3. High precision pressure detection unit

Temperature range: -55 ℃ to+250 ℃; Range: 0-200kPa, 0-10MPa, 0-60MPa; Accuracy: better than 0.25% FS; Zero drift: better than 1.5% FS@100 ℃; Thermal sensitivity drift: better than 1.5% FS@100 ℃; Long term stability: better than 0.1% FS/year; Natural frequency: ≥ 200kHz.

4. Oil Quality Analysis Unit

(1) Offline oil analysis unit: kinematic viscosity, moisture content, closed flash point abrasive particle information, with the following technical indicators:

Viscosity: capable of measuring motion at 40 ℃ (ambient temperature ≤ 40 ℃) and 100 ℃; Detection range: 3Cst~200Cst; Detection accuracy ± 10%;

Moisture content: detection range 0.03% to 2%; Detection accuracy ± 0.1% (absolute value);

Closed flash point: detection range 70 ℃~250 ℃; Detection accuracy ± 5 ℃;

Grinding particles: detection range of 10-200 μ m;

The external dimensions of the host are ≤ 310mm X 310mm X 230mm.

(2) Online oil analysis unit: The online oil analysis unit includes a five in one sensor (viscosity, density, pollution, temperature, and moisture measurement) and a six in one sensor (viscosity, density, pollution, temperature, moisture, and abrasive particle measurement). The sensors are highly integrated, the device is easy to fix, and the collection box can achieve sensor data collection and signal transmission. The monitoring data can be displayed in real time through the upper computer. The technical requirements are as follows:

Pollution level: Oil quality 1-10; Accuracy ± 3%;

Temperature: Temperature range -40 ℃ -85 ℃; Resolution of 0.1 ℃;

Density: minimum measured value of 700kg/m3, maximum measured value of 1200kg/m3; Accuracy ≤ ± 5kg/m3;

Moisture content: relative moisture content range 0-100% RH; resolution 0.1% RH; measurement accuracy ≤± 3% (0-80% RH) (0-60 ℃)% FS

Viscosity: minimum measured value of 0.5mPa-s, maximum measured value of 50mPa-s; Accuracy ≤ ± 5%.;

Abrasive particles: The ability to detect and identify ferromagnetic debris (steel ball) is 0.100mm (minimum diameter of φ 8), and the ability to identify non ferromagnetic abrasive particles is 0.200mm (minimum diameter of φ 8). The measurement resolution can quantitatively distinguish 100um, and the detection rate is not less than 80%;

Overall dimensions of the five in one sensor: length ≤ 120mm, diameter ≤ 60mm

The overall size of the six in one sensor is ≤ 230 X 150 X 110mm (excluding oil pipes and oil pipe joints);

5. Platform and software requirements

(1) Comprehensive testing software: The software has functions such as incentive setting, data collection, data storage, data export, and data printing, as well as report management capabilities. Compensation automatic testing software: supports compensation data calibration. Under given excitation conditions, calibration data can be automatically recorded by comparing the collected values with the standard values; Total automatic testing software: Fully automatic testing, under given excitation conditions, can automatically determine whether the sensor meets the requirements by comparing the collected values with the standard values;

(2) Oil online analysis software: capable of real-time display of oil quality parameters and dynamic curve information;

(3) Industrial control host+monitor: Intel core i7, 16g memory, 2 display interfaces, compatible with the cabinet;

(4) Cabinet: The equipment layout inside the cabinet is reasonable.
