It also has three major functions: real-time acquisition and monitoring, data playback analysis, and historical trend analysis.

Product Details

Product Introduction:

Rotating machinery such as steam turbines, generators, gas turbines, compressors, fans, and pumps are key equipment in industries such as electricity, petrochemicals, and metallurgy. After these devices malfunction, most of them will cause serious economic losses. Vibration accounts for a large proportion of equipment failures and is an important factor affecting the safe and stable operation of equipment. So, vibration is also the "thermometer" of the equipment, directly reflecting the health status of the equipment, and is an important indicator for equipment safety assessment.

The YVC-4 multi-channel vibration analyzer is a comprehensive monitoring instrument that integrates the acquisition and analysis of speed, displacement, velocity, and acceleration signals. It also has three major functions: real-time acquisition and monitoring, data playback analysis, and historical trend analysis.

This instrument can monitor the operating status of equipment from different angles. The software has built-in ISO10816 international vibration standard and can set alarm thresholds by oneself. Equipped with speed waveform indicators, frequency spectrum analysis, time-domain analysis, and waterfall plot analysis functions, it can monitor mechanical equipment's vibration, gear wear, tooth breakage, shaft misalignment, imbalance, and other faults.

Analysis of Historical Trends in Eigenvalues

Function Explanation:

1. Real time collection function

Figure 1 Speed Test Diagram (Acquisition Interface)

The speed channel can be connected to other speed signals output in 5V pulses (corresponding conversions can be made for those that do not comply). The speed test interface can display speed waveforms, single cycle waveforms, pulse duration, period, angle, slope and other indicators.

Figure 2 Spectrum Analysis Diagram (Acquisition Interface)

The spectrum analysis interface can display information such as vibration waveform, amplitude spectrum, order spectrum, peak retrieval results, etc.

Figure 3 Time Domain Analysis (Acquisition Interface)

The time-domain analysis interface can display waveforms and values of vibration acceleration Peak, velocity RMS, displacement Peak Peak, and kurtosis index.

Figure 4 Waterfall Diagram (Collection Interface)

The waterfall chart interface allows you to choose between time frequency or time order waterfall charts, and you can set the time interval, window, and number of lines for drawing the waterfall chart.

Threshold settings can be based on ISO standards or internal standards

2. Data playback analysis function

The data playback analysis system is mainly used for data playback and analysis of the collected raw signals. By using this software to open and select raw TDMS data, and performing frame format playback analysis on the data, the frame interval of playback can be controlled, and data operations such as forward, backward, continuous playback, pause, and front can be performed. Sound can also be played.

Replay data can be used for waveform display, spectrum analysis, waterfall plot analysis, etc., making it easy to observe and analyze the results in detail. The software is equipped with the ISO10816 reference standard, which allows users to set their own thresholds in the "Threshold Settings" section and display the alarm status of the device.

3. Historical data trend analysis function

The trend analysis of historical data mainly involves analyzing the trend of the characteristic values stored in the "online collection and monitoring system" module. This software can read the stored feature value database and retrieve the feature data from the database to view the vibration trend of the device and determine its operating status.
