The powder discharge of the horizontal dryer is centralized, with only one powder outlet, which solves the problem of aggregate in the pipeline and ensures the consistency of particle size and moisture content of the product powder, ensuring product quality and improving product appearance. For vertical dryers, there is no heat recovery system, powder ducts, cyclone separators, bag filters, etc. There are many heat dissipation surfaces. Some devices do not have insulation layers, which greatly increases heat loss. Based on our company's years of practical experience, for a vertical dryer without a heat recovery system and with high heat dissipation, its water evaporation unit heat consumption is about 1300 kcal/kg water. Therefore, for a dryer with a water evaporation capacity of 1000 kg/h, the vertical dryer will consume an additional 43000 kcal/hour of heat consumption (requiring an additional 86 kg of 5000 kcal standard coal or 50 cubic meters of natural gas per hour, with the standard value for gas being 8500 kcal/cubic meter)

In addition, there are many powder outlets of the vertical drying equipment, and at the same time, only fine powder can reach the bag filter, so the water content and particle size of the powder discharged from different powder outlets are different!
