This environment will greatly test the heat resistance, moisture resistance, insulation performance, and accelerate the aging, deformation, and corrosion processes of materials.
Low temperature and low humidity environment: It can simulate the severe cold climate in polar or mountainous areas, with temperatures as low as -40 or even lower and relatively low humidity. In such an environment, the brittleness of materials increases and they are prone to fracture. For electronic devices, low temperatures may affect their normal operation and performance stability.

Vehicle high and low temperature environment cabinIt is a process testing instrument that simulates temperature and humidity environmental conditions to test product performance parameters. Its internal space dimensions reach 22000mm × 8000mm × 4000mm, which can achieve precise control of temperature range from -40 ℃ to+60 ℃ and humidity range from 10% RH to 80% RH.
This device can perform five core tests in the field of automotive research and development, including cold start test, thermal balance test, etc., covering key links such as engine high temperature and high pressure load testing, vehicle rubber parts cold resistance testing, etc. In addition to the automotive industry, it also serves in the fields of aviation manufacturing, home appliance research and development, scientific research, etc., and undertakes the dual functions of design verification and regular assessment in the product quality management system
