■Measurement principle:
Vegabar is a device specifically designed to measure the pressure of gases, vapors, and liquids at high temperatures. The core of a pressure transmitter is the pressure measurement unit that converts pressure into an electrical signal. The existing pressure acts on the sensing element through the process diaphragm and isolation fluid, generating a signal. The built-in integrated electronic components convert this pressure generated signal into a standardized output signal. Metal METEC ® The measuring unit is a fully welded version, covering a wider measurement range.

-Good cleanliness and high chemical resistance
-High measurement accuracy.
-The small measurement range can reach 0.1 bar.
-Absolutely resistant to vacuum.
■Application:
VEGABAR55 sensor element uses METEC ® Measure the unit diaphragm. The process pressure causes a change in the capacitance of the measurement unit, which is converted into corresponding output and input signals as measurement values. This measuring unit still has excellent mechanical self compensation capability even at temperatures up to 200 ℃. VEGABAR55 pressure transmitter is used in the chemical, food processing, and pharmaceutical industries. According to different versions, it is used to measure liquid level, gauge pressure, absolute pressure, or vacuum degree. The measuring product is a medium with high temperature liquid and viscosity.
