The vertical and horizontal tube type resistance furnace in the university laboratory is made of stainless steel sheet pressed into two semicircles, and two cast iron chrome plated end caps are assembled at both ends to form two semicircle barrels. One side of the two semicircle barrel furnace bodies is connected by stainless steel hinges, and the other side is installed with imported stainless steel buckles to form the furnace body. The opening and closing parts of the furnace body are equipped with stainless steel handles for users to freely open or close the two semicircle furnaces. Alloy resistance wires are installed in series in the furnace and filled with high-temperature resistant imported insulation materials such as silicon carbide furnace tiles and ceramic fiber insulation materials.
