The sensor is developed using static magnetic grid encoding technology, which directly outputs displacement data without the need for a transmitter unit. It has the characteristics of long measurement range, moderate resolution, non-contact, easy installation, and strong environmental adaptability. It can store displacement data for a long time after power failure; Flexible power supply methods and extremely convenient wiring methods can meet various measurement, control, and detection requirements; The performance of impact resistance, waterproofing, oil resistance, dust resistance, pollution resistance, and ease of maintenance and replacement make it an excellent device for displacement detection and control. Can be installed underwater and in various liquids to test displacement. It can withstand high pressure and measure displacement, deformation, deflection, etc. in underwater or certain liquids with certain pressure, and has broad application prospects. For example, the large-scale fountain constructed by Shanghai Lida Fountain Sprinkler Equipment Co., Ltd. used the static magnetic grid underwater displacement sensor developed and produced by Wuhan Yingjia Company.
This large multi nozzle performance fountain is built on the lake surface, with a fixed frame rooted at the bottom of the lake 2-3 meters deep. Due to the perennial drop of several tens of centimeters in the lake water level, Shanghai Lida has built an automatic lifting platform using an underwater fixed platform. The platform is equipped with 12 sets of static magnetic grid displacement sensors. The automatic control of the entire system uses Mitsubishi PLC, and 12 sets of static magnetic grid displacement sensors with built-in RS485 communication adapters are directly connected to the master-slave communication network through RS485 communication lines with the PLC. The displacement refresh cycle is about 300 milliseconds. The static magnetic grid displacement sensor belongs to a magnetic non-contact displacement measurement system, which can be highly sealed underwater and has accurate and stable data acquisition.

2. It is best not to install displacement sensors near strong electromagnetic fields. Unless otherwise specified, ensure that the sensor is not used in environments that strongly corrode metals
3. It is best for the motion trajectory of the measured point to be parallel to the axis of the sensor measuring rod. The measurement result is the amount of movement. If the sensor probe moves, the contact surface between the probe and the object being measured should not be uneven.
4. When installing and using sensors, handle them gently to avoid knocking and falling. When fixing the sensor, simply clamp the housing tightly. Do not apply too much force or force, and do not make the housing sink or deform, which will affect the measurement accuracy. Pay attention to its measurement range and do not use it beyond the range, as it may damage the sensor
