Overview

1、 Classification of sleeve sterilization machine and tube sterilization machine
Configuration of fully automatic tubular sterilizer: It adopts computer program control PLC technology to control the entire production process according to the set process requirements. It comes with a CIP cleaning program for automatic cleaning.
Semi automatic tube sterilizer configuration: The entire operation process is semi-automatic controlled. The operator can control each pump, valve, and reflux function from the control panel. Maintain sterilization temperature through temperature controlled PID. The sterilization temperature is continuously recorded on the recorder.
2、 Application of tube sterilizer
1. Due to the extremely short heating time of the sterilized material in the equipment after sterilization by the tube and tube sterilizer, it has minimal nutrient loss.
2. It is used for instant sterilization and sterilization of liquid materials such as fresh milk, fruit juice, beverage, soymilk, fresh milk, ice cream paste, soy sauce, soybean milk, condensed milk, alcohol, fluid medicine, etc.
3. It can also be used for sterilization of fluid materials.
4. If used in series with a high-pressure homogenizer, it can also be used for sterilization of high viscosity materials.

This unit is mainly composed of material system, high-temperature hot water system, vacuum deaerator system (optional), high-pressure homogenization system (optional), CIP cleaning system, suicide bacteria sterile system (optional), and control system.
