The Taylor Hobson Surtronic S-100 features a 50mm stylus connected at right angles and offers stylus contacts over 70mm, eliminating the need for risers, modules, brackets, or fixtures. The multifunctional stylus can even measure upside down. When equipped with the S-100 series bracket and printer, this unit can be used as a fully integrated roughness measurement solution. Standard USB and USB mini ports offer a range of connection options. The roughness measurement of multiple components can be stored internally or saved to a USB storage device. USB ports can also be used to connect portable printers, allowing print data to accompany the parts to the next manufacturing stage or end users. The mini port can be used to use any standard USB charger or connect to a PC for data analysis and reporting.
