Taiwan Fang Ji F7N-80 Attack Teeth Power Head

The Taiwan Fangji F7N-80 tapping power head provided by Rui Xianxiang adopts precision grinding thread gauges, suitable for high-precision tapping machining. Thread pitch, please specify when ordering. External thread gauge, easy and quick to replace. When assembling vertically or horizontally, please pay attention to the direction of each lubricating oil cup. Multi axis head tapping gear can be assembled, please specify the use of F7N-80-MT3B.

There are three ways to achieve this cooperation:

1. A pair of gears, one connected to the rotating shaft and one connected to the feed shaft. So the rotation and advancement of the tool can become a thread trajectory.

2. Connect a tooth gauge to the end of the spindle. The tooth gauge is in the nut, moving forward and backward. Because the nut is fixed to the power head body and does not rotate. So when the dental gauge rotates, it will push the main axis and move forward according to the trajectory of the tooth pattern.

3. Servo tapping: No need to use a tooth gauge. Use one servo motor on each axis of rotation and feed. Motor system control, spindle speed and coordinated feed rate, enable the spindle to rotate forward and form a threaded trajectory.
