1、 Overview of mixing tank
The slurry mixing tank is a kind or class of tank used in the middle note process of food, pharmaceutical, chemical, dairy and other industries. It is a stainless steel tank with the functions of blending, preparation, mixing, reaction, dissolution, mixing, heating, cooling, etc. The mixing tank is used for food such as starch mixing, chemical coating, and dairy product juice mixing. Therefore, the slurry mixing tank is also a functional tank, similar to reaction vessels, enzymatic hydrolysis tanks, crystallization tanks, etc. It has multiple functions and can be used universally or exclusively.
2、 The structural characteristics and composition of the slurry mixing tank
1. Capacity: Customized according to requirements;
2. Inner tank body: mirror polished inner surface with roughness Ra<0.4 µ m; Mirror polishing of the upper and lower heads on the outer surface, and matte treatment of the straight cylinder body
3. Jacket forms: standard jacket, semi-circular coil jacket, honeycomb jacket;
4. Insulation material: filled with pearl cotton, rock wool or polyurethane casting foam;
5. Surface treatment method for the outer shell: mirror polishing or 2B primary color matte or sandblasting treatment;
6. Mixing speed: 12-150r/min constant speed or equipped with stepless speed regulation and variable frequency speed regulation;
7. Level gauge forms: glass tube level gauge, static pressure sensor level gauge, ultrasonic level gauge, RF capacitive level gauge;
8. Equipment configuration: quick opening manhole, sight glass, thermometer (digital or dial), sampling port, air respirator, CIP cleaner, material inlet and outlet, spare port, steam inlet and outlet, and cooling water inlet and outlet, etc;
9. Material: Inner tank body SUS304 or SUS316L; The jacket and insulation shell are made of SUS304;
10. All process pipe openings such as inlet and outlet ports, sight glasses, manholes, etc. are welded to the inner tank body using the flanging process arc transition, which is smooth, easy to clean, and has no dead corners.
