Bidirectional pressure bearing hard contact ball valve can not only reliably cut off under forward pressure, but also reliably seal under reverse pressure or when the reverse pressure is much greater than the forward pressure. The valve seal adopts the structure and principle of a hemispherical valve, and the outer shape adopts a butterfly structure, which has the characteristics of small volume and light weight; And it has the characteristics of bidirectional hard sealing, low sealing friction, durability, and lightweight opening and closing, so its cost-effectiveness is much higher than that of hemispherical valves. The successful development and application of this valve is a significant technological improvement in the valve industry. 1. Main types: The main types of this valve include worm gear, electric, pneumatic, and hydraulic. Pneumatic and hydraulic valves are suitable for situations with pressure gas and pressure liquid sources.
2. Working principle: The sealing surface of the valve core is a cubic surface, and the sealing surface of the valve seat is a first-order conical surface. At the sealing point, the valve seat surface is actually a cross-section of the cubic surface of the valve core (see figure), so its combination is very good. It has the functions of adaptation (center automatic positioning coincidence) and compensation for wear because the rotation center deviates from the geometric center of the valve core, resulting in the actual effect of the valve core entity continuously retreating and contracting inward when the valve core is opened, and continuously advancing and expanding outward when the valve core is closed. Its function is equivalent to the comprehensive function of a half ball valve, gate valve, globe valve, and butterfly valve. Open different angle change diagrams: The main function of a bidirectional flow valve is to seal well both under forward pressure and under reverse pressure or when the reverse pressure is greater than the forward pressure. When positive pressure is applied, the medium pressure pushes the valve plate forward, causing the valve stem to deform. The sealing surface of the valve plate tightly adheres to the sealing surface of the valve seat, transmitting pressure and pushing the valve seat towards the valve body step, ensuring good sealing. When reverse pressure is applied, the medium pressure pushes the valve plate backwards, causing the valve stem to deform. At the same time, the medium pressure pushes the sealing surface of the valve seat to tightly adhere to the sealing surface of the valve plate, transmitting pressure and pushing the valve seat towards the deformed position of the valve stem, resulting in good sealing.
