Overview
Stainless steel pilot solenoid valves are available in both conventional valves and explosion-proof 5281EEx pilot valves with servo diaphragms. Depending on their explosion-proof level, they can be used in explosive environments for blocking, metering, and injecting gaseous and liquid media.
Product Details

Stainless steel pilot operated solenoid valve

Application scenarios

  1. water treatment system

    • Control the on/off of high flow water or medication to meet the requirements of high-pressure pumping stations.

    • Example: Baode 6212 pilot solenoid valve, commonly used for high-pressure water circuit switching in reverse osmosis equipment.

  2. Industrial Automation

    • Step by step direct acting solenoid valve is used for pneumatic actuator control, achieving fast start stop and precise positioning.

    • Example: The Baode 6519 solenoid valve supports 5/2 and 3/2 universal functions and is suitable for multi station pneumatic fixtures.

  3. Steam and high-temperature media

    • High temperature resistant models (such as 0406/0407) can withstand steam at 180 ℃ and are suitable for sterilization in food processing.

Stainless steel pilot operated solenoid valveUsage and maintenance suggestions

  1. Installation directionEnsure that the flow direction of the medium is consistent with the arrow on the valve body to avoid functional failure caused by reverse installation.

  2. Regular cleaningDisassemble the valve body every 3-6 months, remove internal impurities, and check the wear of seals.

  3. Electrical inspectionCheck the insulation resistance of the coil annually (should be ≥ 1M Ω) to prevent leakage or short circuit.

  4. Antifreeze measuresIn low-temperature environments (<0 ℃), it is necessary to drain the accumulated water in the valve or choose a model with electric heating function.

  1. routine maintenance

    • cleaning cycleClean the pilot hole every 3 months to prevent impurities from clogging.

    • Sealing inspectionReplace PTFE sealing rings annually to avoid aging and leakage.

  2. Common fault handling

    • Fault phenomenonThe solenoid valve does not operate when powered on.
reasonCoil burnt out or pilot hole blocked.
SolutionUse a multimeter to check the coil resistance (normal value 200-500 Ω) and clean the pilot hole.

    • Fault phenomenonLeakage when closed.
reasonMain valve core wear or spring failure.
SolutionReplace the valve core component and verify the spring pressure (standard value 1.5-2.0MPa).
