1.1 Select different types of solenoid valves for gas, liquid or mixed states, for example, ZQDF is used for air, ZQDF-Y is used for liquid, ZQDF-2 (or -3) is used for steam, otherwise it may cause misoperation. The ZDF series multifunctional solenoid valve can be used for all purposes Liquid. Notify the media status at the time of booking, and the installation user does not need to adjust it again.

1.2 Different specifications of products with different medium temperatures, otherwise the coil will burn out and the sealing components will age, seriously affecting the service life.

1.3 The viscosity of the medium is usually below 50cSt. If the diameter exceeds 15mm, use the ZDF series multifunctional solenoid valve for special ordering. High viscosity solenoid valve with a diameter less than 15mm.

When the cleanliness of the medium is not high, a backwash filter valve should be installed in front of the solenoid valve. When the pressure is low, a direct acting diaphragm solenoid valve such as CD-P can be used.

If the medium flows in a directional manner and does not allow reverse flow, ZDF-N and ZQDF-N need to flow in both directions. Please make special requirements.

1.6 The medium temperature should be selected within the allowable range of the solenoid valve.

Notes:

1. When installing the solenoid valve, the direction of medium flow must be as indicated by the closed body mark, the valve body must be horizontal, and the solenoid valve wire must be in an upright position in all directions. Stainless steel solenoid valves should not be installed in areas with splashing or leaking water.

2. Regularly clean the dirt inside and outside the large piston and the suction surface of the movable iron core.

3. To ensure continuous and normal production, a distribution device should be installed to facilitate the disassembly and replacement of stainless steel solenoid valves in case of malfunction or cleaning.

4. Stainless steel solenoid valves cannot be used in explosive hazardous environments.

5. A filter should be installed in front of the valve according to the usage location to prevent the valve core from getting stuck. When the pressure behind the valve is high, a one-way valve should be installed to prevent the medium from flowing back.

1. Generally speaking, these products are placed horizontally. If they are installed on the side, it may cause the valve to not close tightly, resulting in internal leakage. Therefore, during installation, it is necessary to avoid side installation. In addition, if the seal between the piston and the valve seat is not good after a long period of use, the cover of the piston must be re ground flat and then ground with the valve seat.

2. When working, be sure to pay attention to the front and rear pressure gauges of the valve to see if their pressure exceeds the rated pressure. If so, stop using them immediately and close the manual valves at the front and rear, otherwise it may cause the solenoid valve to explode and leak.

3. For this type of product, it is necessary to test it before use. After confirming that it is normal, it should be put into use. At the same time, the dirt on the large valve should be cleaned regularly. During operation, be careful not to damage the sealing surface. If it is not used for a long time, the front manual valve should be closed. When restarting, the condensed water should be drained before use.
