Stainless steel mechanical switch is a simple pressure control device that can issue an alarm or control signal when the measured pressure reaches the rated value.
Application of stainless steel mechanical switch:
1. Electronic pressure switches amplify pressure signals through high-precision instrument amplifiers, collect and process data through high-speed MCUs, and compensate with built-in precision sensors. They are high-precision devices that detect pressure and liquid level signals, achieve pressure and liquid level monitoring and control.
2. Widely used in automation systems for measuring gas and liquid pressure in chemical, mechanical, hydrological, electrical, environmental protection, and other fields. Due to its convenient and flexible adjustment, as well as simple installation, it can replace most situations where liquid level switches are used.
3. The core of the product adopts a new type of intelligent microprocessor chip, which has practical and stable functions.
4. The LED displays the current pressure or liquid level value.
5. The pressure or liquid level can be set to start or stop according to one's own needs.
6. Three units of four LED products can be selected according to customer needs: Mpa, KG.F/CM2, PSI.
7. High and low pressure or liquid level alarm points can be set and output to the control equipment through relays or optocouplers; Output dual relay (single pole double throw) switch quantity.

Precautions for installation of stainless steel mechanical switches:
Firstly, it is necessary to check whether the installation position of the mechanical pressure switch meets the relevant installation status requirements. During installation, the installer needs to consider whether the installation position is convenient for the user to observe and operate.
When installing a mechanical pressure switch, make sure the pressure switch is close to the pressure measuring point and the distance between the two is as short as possible. This not only ensures its sealing, but also reduces surrounding interference during use, so as to better utilize the measurement performance of the mechanical pressure switch.
If the mechanical pressure switch is installed in a vibrating environment, it is important to install a buffer before installing the mechanical pressure switch to reduce the vibration amplitude to a minimum. If the mechanical pressure switch is installed in a pipeline, it is necessary to pay attention to fixing the pressure switch to avoid adverse effects caused by pipeline vibration.
Setting and operation methods:
(1) Short press the ON/OFF button to turn off the running indicator light and the pressure control system.
(2) Set control upper/lower limit
Short press the SET button once to enter the lower limit setting state (corresponding to the lower limit indicator light on), set the value through (▲) (▼), and after setting the lower limit, short press the SET button to enter the upper limit setting. The setting method is the same as above.
(3) After the setting is completed, press the SET button to automatically save the set values to the computer chip (if there is no button operation within 5 seconds after parameter modification, the current parameter settings will be automatically saved).
(4) Press the ON/OFF button again (corresponding to the running indicator light on), and the motor will start working.
2. Unit switching method: Short press the ON/OFF operation button to turn off the operation indicator light, and short press the increase button (▲) to switch units between MPa, Kg/cm, and PSI at will. After setting, turn on the running indicator light.
3. Zero position reset function: Short press the ON/OFF operation button to turn off the operation indicator light, and long press the decrease button (▼) for 5 seconds to reset the current pressure value and correct the zero position error. After setting, turn on the running indicator light. (When using this function, the pressure switch must not apply pressure.)
