Experimental examples
As is well known, prolonged exposure of normal cells to high temperatures can cause cell apoptosis and also increase the expression level of HSP70 (Heat Shock Protein) in cells. We placed CHO-K1 cells in two different growth environments, namely a healthy environment and a stress environment. Firstly, the cells in both environments were subjected to heat shock treatment, and the cell imaging function of this multifunctional detection platform was used to detect their cell proliferation, vitality, and apoptosis. At the same time, we could also use the ScanLaterTM Western Blot detection function to obtain data. After analysis, it was found that the expression level of HSP70 was positively correlated with the heat shock response.
