SpectraMax ® 190 is a full wavelength light absorption enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) reader launched by Molecular Devices, which has a super high cost performance ratio. It is specifically designed to optimize the detection light path for 96 well microporous plates. It has a built-in high-precision grating monochromator, which can be selected freely between 190nm and 850nm, and a minimum bandwidth of 2nm to ensure high accuracy in detection; High precision temperature control function, temperature control range from room temperature+4 ° C to 45 ° C, and can also perform linear oscillation.


SpectraMax ® 190 adopts a multi-channel detection mode, which can work like a dual wavelength spectrophotometer, consisting of 8 independent sample detectors and reference detectors, reducing all optical path output errors caused by optical fibers and increasing detection speed; The patented non temperature dependent pathcheck optical path sensor technology can automatically correct the absorbance value detected in the measured microplate to the absorbance value under the 1cm colorimetric dish optical path, enabling the reading of the microplate to reach the accuracy of a spectrophotometer.
