Ordering precautions

1. The density meter diaphragm is the weakest part. Please do not let sharp objects impact the diaphragm and cause damage.

Installation matters

1: Direct type The minimum distance between the sensors of the online liquid density meter is 200mm, with a diameter of 50mm. The installation size on site cannot be smaller than these dimensions. If a curved density meter is selected, please measure the flange and length dimensions that can be inserted into the pipe

2: The on-site liquid must be kept at least two measuring sensors, and the distance from the flange to * sensors can be selected

3: During pipeline installation, it is necessary to allow the liquid to enter from below the sensor at Zui, or from above the sensor at Zui. Do not enter the liquid from the middle. When installing pipelines for liquid flow, at least 30CM of liquid buffer distance should be left at the valve or elbow part of the pipeline.

4: The red flange matching part of the installation diagram is provided for installation by the user. If matching flanges are needed, please specify when placing an order

5: Equipped with a power supply of 24V DC output 4-20mA signal. If a secondary meter is required, the 24V "+" should be connected

Connect the "+" pole behind the density meter, connect the "+" current signal to the "-" pole of the density meter, and short-circuit the 24V "-" and current signal terminals "-" on the secondary meter

6: If there are corrosive liquids outside the site environment, please take protective measures. If there is a risk of lightning strikes, please install grounding devices in the surrounding area.

7: When disassembling for cleaning, please ensure that the sensor diaphragm is not damaged by collision or other factors.
