1、 Overview:
Signal isolation type temperature remote monitoring instrument for cement plantsAdvanced microprocessors are used for intelligent control, suitable for display control of temperature detection signals, and can perform cyclic detection of multiple measurement signals. And it can perform high-precision linear correction on various nonlinear input signals. After multi-channel comparison, the Z-high measurement point is used as the output (remote transmission output). The input/output circuits are isolated from each other and have good high resistance. Featuring high brightness LED digital display, with pointer display discontinued. The whole machine adopts a wall mounted structure (length x width x height=160 x 110 x 70mm), which is very easy to install.
This product can measure 2 to 6 measurement points simultaneously, compare the temperatures in each temperature measurement circuit, and output the point with the highest temperature as the output. On site, the temperature of each point can be viewed one by one through buttons.

4、 XTRM temperature remote monitoring instrument XTRM-4215AG electrical connection:
The wiring between the instrument and the external temperature sensor needs to be done after opening the instrument cover. The input and output wiring terminals are on the base plate, and the 4-channel temperature remote monitoring instrument has a total of 8 input terminals. The 1 and 2, 3 and 4, 5 and 6, 7 and 8 terminals need to be connected to the temperature sensors of channels CH1, CH2, CH3, and CH4, respectively.

6、 XTRM Temperature Remote Monitoring Instrument XTRM-4215AG Usage:
After starting up, it is necessary to preheat for 10 minutes. The installation of the instrument should be as close to the measuring point as possible, so as to fully utilize the following advantages of the two-wire system:
1. High resistance capability, as signals are transmitted at high levels to suppress noise and interference.
2. Simple wiring, using twisted pair wires to connect instruments from the site to the control room, reduces the cost of wiring.
In order to avoid measurement errors, the lead resistance of platinum thermistors must ensure a certain value. Here, for each Pt100 sensor, the lead resistance is fixed at 0.35 Ω, and the corresponding wire cross-section and length of 0.35 Ω are as follows:

Any cross-sectional wire can also be taken, but the total resistance of the lead must be ensured to be 0.35 Ω, otherwise lead errors will occur. For example, every 0.38 Ω change in lead resistance will cause a temperature error of 1 ℃. The input lead needs to consider shielding against external magnetic fields.
3. For circuits that are not currently in use, the input terminal should be connected to a resistor less than 100 Ω or the input terminal should be short circuited with a wire, otherwise the open circuit at the input terminal will prevent the instrument from working properly.
4. Under normal operation, the instrument measures four temperature circuits simultaneously, but displays and outputs the signal with the highest temperature Z normally. The data of other temperature points must be viewed by operating the buttons on the panel to check the temperature at each point.
