AC380V power supply, after voltage regulation, sets a current value according to the magnitude of the impulse current. Click the "Charging Start" button, and the energy storage capacitor starts charging to the set value, completing the charging process. Press the "Impulse Current" button, and the high voltage and high current will be discharged to the test sample through the energy storage control switch.
3: Test operation instructions
1. Connect the equipment to the mains power supply (AC two-phase 380V) and ensure proper grounding of the equipment.
2. Connect the test sample to device 12 using a soft connection, and select the wire diameter of the soft connection 20A/mm ² based on the current size
3. Turn on power switch 11, the device power indicator light will turn on
4. Turn on the oscilloscope power (located in the upper right corner of the oscilloscope)
5. Click on the touch screen 'Current Settings' and enter the current size according to the requirements. If 8.5KA is needed, simply set' 8.5'K 'in the settings box
6. Click the 'Charge' button on the touch screen. The capacitor starts charging and displays the charging voltage and output current values of the energy storage capacitor. When the energy storage capacitor is fully charged, the 'Charge Complete' indicator light will turn on
7. When the 'charging completed' indicator light is on, press the current 'surge' button, and the oscilloscope will display the output current size and surge time
8. When the setting is incorrect or the capacitor is charged too high (impulse current) greater than the test sample, manual discharge should be used to avoid major errors!
