ODThe plug gauge is a mechanical, two-point contact inner diameter measurement system suitable for manual and automatic measurement. Each measuring gauge is specially customized according to the specified diameter and corresponding tolerance.
ODThe size of the plug gauge can be customized from1.6reach800mmIn addition to measuring diameter, it is also possible to detect the shape of the diameter, such as roundness and cylindricity. The measurement value of the plug gauge can be displayed through a display meter, which can be a mechanical meter, digital display meter, or electronic probe.
advantage:
Fast measurement
Stable and reliable measuring instruments
Directly used on machining machines
Used for precise measurement in the laboratory
Function:
When measuring inside the hole,ODThe surface lines of the cylinder are automatically aligned with the measuring instrument.ODThe length of the cylindrical surface is selected based on the diameter to achieve the desired alignment effect.
The probe with measuring contacts is placed in the plunger gauge. The probe is separated by a conical measuring needle made of wear-resistant tungsten steel.
When the measuring contact of the object is moved, the amount of movement is transferred to the conical measuring needle. As the measuring needle moves, the amount of movement will be directly displayed on the display table in contact with it. The conical measuring needle is precision ground to ensure excellent measurement accuracy.
